Hillcrest Walkthrough Leave the theater and go to the Projector Room on the third floor to find Dina. A cutscene will play and things will pick up at Hillcrest. Explore and Cut Through Local Businesses Loot the following areas Turn left to hop the fence and slip into the bathroom on the right, through the brick wall for supplement pills and alcohol. Exit and turn right twice to find the back door into the natural remedies building for more supplements and more. Check Madrona Bakery as well. Grab supplies from inside Ruston Coffee; you can get through the locked door by climbing through the bathroom vent. Cut through the coffee shop, go through the back door, hop the fence, climb the ladder on the right to get to the roof, and drop down into the area below. WLF Soldiers and Their Dogs Get ready to take on WLF soldiers and their dogs. Tips Toss a brick or bottle to distract the dog and throw them off from your the owner then isolate the dog. Get a headshot while having a silencer on your gun if you’ve unlocked the ability to craft that item. Set up traps using Trap Mines. Loot the area as you go and do another sweep once everyone is dead When you’re ready to continue head for the red exit doors. Continue forward and open the gate to get the dumpster out. Move the dumpster to the side of the garage and climb it to get to the roof. You’ll need to do it quickly because it rolls down. Drop down and head into the building ahead, through the hole in the brick wall. Continue forward, exiting this bicycle shop. Enter Goldstar Liquors and drop down into the back. It has 2 shamblers inside and supplements in the bathroom. Use Molotov cocktails and your shotgun to take them down. When they’re dead, crawl under the brick opening to exit. Go back to the dog grooming area and cut through the washing station to reach the staircase. Go up the stairs. Several infected will be there. Take them out. If you end up in a bind consider running back down the stairs and luring them into trap mines or simply shooting them from a distance. Jump over the wooden fence once they’ve been dealt with. Enter the home. Mannequin Crossbow Tutorial You’ll also find some extra arrows too so don't bother crafting any yet. Go ahead and jump over the bent wooden fence. The Battle of Hillcrest - Residential Area and WLF Soldiers Up ahead, there’s plenty of WLF soldiers and dogs. Keep taking them out and moving forward from house to house. Tips Use your arrows for subtle kills. Aim for headshots so you can get your arrow back from the body. Loot the houses for supplies. Grab a collectible inside one of the houses details below. Eventually, you’ll reach a gazebo and can exit through the garage, sliding down the dirty slope. From here, run to the garage and then sprint for the exits. Things seem dire but a friend will appear. Take down the nearby WLF soldiers and Jesse will let you know it’s time to get in the car. Once you’re in the car fire shots out of the open window until you’ve escaped.
